Non-Exclusive License
We
maintains 100% full rights (copyright and ownership) of the
instrumental, and can continue to sell it non-exclusively and/or
exclusively. You neither have the right nor authority to sell or
license the rights to the Instrumental whether in whole or part to
any other party. In the event another individual purchases
exclusive rights to your licensed Instrumental you will retain your
non-exclusive rights under the limitations listed in this agreement
and until these terms have been
fulfilled.
Exclusive License
If you
buy our beats in the form of Exclusive Rights, you are purchasing
full exclusive ownership to the instrumental. If you buy exclusive
beats on this site you gain the right to sell UNLIMITED units over
a song you record or for a project. You do not gain the right to
resell or redistribute the instrumental in any way. Once Exclusive
Rights have been sold, the beat(s) are taken off of our site and
never sold again. If the beat contains any samples it is the
responsibility of the artist (you, the customer) to clear the
samples with appropriate parties
Promotional License
Note: This license is the same as the Non-Exclusive license, the difference is you can only use this for promotional uses and sell up to 100 units. You are NOT allowed to sell on iTunes, etc.
